Pioneer Trek

© Sean Bauer

In June me and Heidi had a great opportunity to participate in a Pioneer Trek with the Youth in our ward. Me and Heidi where a Ma and Pa so I didn't have much time for photography. I was able to get a few shots and here is one of them. The winds where 65 mph while we were trying to set up tents. When all is said and done it was a great experience and I was glad to share it with my wife Heidi.

Quick trip to Capital Reef

We just took a quick trip to Capital Reef. One of my favorite places to go. I was only able to get one photo I liked. The sun was harsh. But you take what you can get.

For the month of April I would like to try something a bit different. I was thinking that we could do a print review. I would like it to be positive and a learning experience for every one. The subject will be landscapes. Once a photo is uploaded any one can comment on the photograph and give their opinion on what would make your great photograph even better. Please email your photographs to sean@snapshotjunkie.com.

Holga Images
If you've ever used a holga it's a real treat. With it's plastic lens, one shutter speed and 2 f-stops you can't go wrong. It's wonderful vignetting and unique feel to the images. Here are some of my images.
